Lovely Elsie is a tween with an independent spirit.  She had her mom send me a picture of EXACTLY what she wanted her birthday party cookies to look like, right down to the candy pearls.  Love a girl that knows what she likes!  Each friend got a personalized cookie (and we threw in a beach ball for brother Noah) :)

Schools are beginning to wrap up for summer (no more packing lunch? thankyouverymuch).  We've been lucky to have a very wonderful 4 years at a sweet preschool with amazing teachers who feel more like friends. A little end of the year treat to thank them for their hard work all year.

Lovely friends are on the move, and we are jealous of their destination...Hawaii!  A send-off with sweets makes it a little easier to stomach that this dear family is moving so far away.  Aloha!

Sugar Cookie Show-and-Tell: Buggy Birthday

Boys and their Bugs.  We've never had this much fun before with cookie dough - snakes, beetles and flowers made the perfect cake and cookies for a little boys 6th Birthday.  The cake was made to look like a garden with cake toppers in all buggy shapes and sizes.  The treats were snakes wrapped into the number 6 as take-aways for guests.  Loved working on these!

Sugar Cookie Show-and-Tell: American Girl Custom Order

A great example of a Deco Bake Custom order.  A lovely little girl was all set to celebrate her birthday at the American Girl Store with her friends and wanted some cookies to match her invitation.  We were able to come up with some sweet pink and white flowers as well as an "M" monogram for her guests to enjoy.
