This is the second year in a row that I've made cookies for sweet Alexys' Birthday. She was very excited about her Strawberry Shortcake theme and I absolutely LOVED making these, I'm always looking for excuses to practice characters (which in my opinion are the hardest because they are so loved and well known....kids know when they don't look right!!) Happy Birthday sweet Alexys!
