My dear friend is a Pilates Powerhouse. She's not only an amazing instructor, but a wonderful soul and a smart business woman! She celebrated her 1st year as an independent studio with a fun gathering of all her clients, and of course we had to try our hand at some tricky Pilates moves...including my arch nemesis the teaser position. Congrats A!
