I can say without hesitation that Easter cookies are my favorite. They were in fact, some of the first cookies I baked many moons ago, and I love the breadth of fun choices and colors....I never run out of ideas for Easter Cookies. These platters were for an Easter Egg Hunt, and those little chicks could not be any cuter! Add an egg carton display and I'm overwhelmed with the adorableness! Little bunny tails, bright orange carrots and decorated eggs...such fun.
